Skills
Basic attack
This ninja's Basic Attack has 7 hits. The Basic Attack has some mobility and can be used to bait the opponent's Substitution.
Tip The first 4 hits are melee strikes that push the enemy back and cause hitstun; the 6th and 7th hits are two dashing attacks, and the 7th hit knocks the opponent away. New Year Minato's Basic Attack combos are very flexible.
RasenganSkill 1
Leaves a Flying Thunder God Kunai in place, dashes quickly forward and attacks with Rasengan.
Tip During the recovery time after the Rasengan attack, press the Basic Attack button to Body Flicker back to the starting point; within 0.7 seconds after flickering back, you can perform a dash attack.
RasenganSkill 1 · Flying Thunder God
After marking the opponent with the Flying Thunder God, hold the skill to leave a Flying Thunder God kunai in place and flash directly above the opponent's head, dropping down from the sky to attack them.
Tip After marking the opponent with the Flying Thunder God, hold Rasengan to flash above the opponent's head and strike from the sky. Good for marking the opponent with a basic attack, opening distance, and then closing in quickly.
Space-Time Ninjutsu: FlashSkill 2
Leaves a Flying Thunder God Kunai in place, teleports and performs a heavy rising kick forward.
Tip Hold the skill button to follow the kick with a dash attack. During the recovery time after the rising kick, press the Basic Attack button to Body Flicker back to the starting point; within 0.7 seconds after flickering back, you can perform a dash attack.
Happy New YearUltimate
Combines with the Flying Thunder God Technique to launch a series of attacks on the target, finishing with a heavy blow and wishing everyone a happy New Year.
Tip Flying Raijin attacks in the basic attack chain and the Flash skill apply a Flying Raijin mark to the target on hit, lasting 2 seconds. Hold the Rasengan skill to launch a lock-on attack against a marked target. After Minato picks up a Flying Thunder God Kunai on the field, he can use Basic Attack within 2 seconds to perform a dash attack.
