Ameru

Basic attack

Ameru attacks enemies with Taijutsu. 1A is an advancing slash, 2A dashes forward with a sweep effect, and 3A pushes a palm forward. After 3A hits, 4A can be released, where Zero-Tails appears to grab and bite the target.

Tip The ground Basic Attack is fairly stable and suits use during combos.

MidairBasic attack

While Ameru is flying with Skill 2 she can release the midair Basic Attack, 3A in total: 1A throws one kunai, 2A throws 3 kunai in succession, 3A throws a kunai with an explosive tag that blasts the enemy away.

Tip Attack by firing kunai from the air at range, and you can move freely meanwhile.

Tactical ReadinessSkill 1

On the ground, Ameru bursts out chakra energy that launches nearby enemies and quickly restores energy; using Soaring Skies while charging lets you take off quickly. In the air, Ameru throws explosive tag bombs to the ground, and a short or long press adjusts the throwing distance. In the air you can swipe Basic attack to kick downward and land quickly.

Tip In the Zero-Tails state, she grows many arms to grab the enemy; if the grab succeeds, she binds the enemy, drags them along the ground and finally throws them.

Tactical ReadinessSkill 1 · Midair

Use Skill 1 in the air, and Ameru throws a bomb with an explosive tag at the target on the ground. Holding Skill 1 throws the bomb a longer distance. Using Skill 1 in the air with a swipe on basic attack makes Ameru kick the enemy diagonally downward from the air.

Tip Throws bombs from the air at range, and holding the button hits targets farther away.

Soaring SkiesSkill 2

Continuously consumes energy to fly in the air; tap again or run out of energy to land. Skills and Basic attacks change while airborne.

Tip In the Zero-Tails state, you can crawl forward quickly and adjust your movement direction with the joystick while doing so.

Zero-Tails PossessionUltimate

Under Zero-Tails Possession, Ameru transforms into the Zero-Tails and keeps pummeling her opponent

Zero-Tails PossessionSpecial mechanic

When Ameru uses the Zero-Tails summon beast, the Zero-Tails possesses Ameru's body and transforms to fight. While carrying the Zero-Tails summon beast, during a basic attack on the ground the Zero-Tails possesses Ameru and adds an extra attack: the Zero-Tails keeps crawling forward and, at the end, whips its body to knock the enemy away. Skill 2 grows extra tentacles that grab and bind the target ahead, and if the grab succeeds, it drags the enemy along the ground and then throws them.

Tip After using the Zero-Tails, you are possessed by it, gaining brand new attack skills and basic attacks, and you are invincible during the possession.
